Culture Days invites everyone to explore, discover and participaate in arts and culture in communities across the country.
Watch and learn how to make traditional rag rugs on a loom from noon to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 1st at Finlandia Village, 233 Fourth Avenue, Sudbury. Directions: Finlandiakoti Block A - first building immediately to your right when youturn into Finlandia Village from Fourth Avenue. Signs will guide you.
Finnish North Americans are one of the few immigrant groups to have maintained the culture of rag rug making.
