Finlandia Village presents a Traditional Rag Rug Making Demonstration
Culture Days invites everyone to explore, discover, and participate in arts and culture in communities across the country.
Watch and learn how to make traditional rag rugs on a loom. Drop in anytime between 10 am noon or 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. on Friday, September 28th at Finlandia Village, 233 Fourth Avenue, Sudbury.
Finnish North Americans are one of the few immigrant groups to have maintained the culture of rag rug making.
